FAQ - How does licensing work?

Curbstone receives a ONE-TIME license fee that entitles the customer to use the software forever.  That is the only license fee collected.  Included with the license fee are three months of unlimited support, which usually covers the implementation and testing effort.  All support includes unlimited 24x7 phone support and access to our online Issue Tracker, plus updates to the software as required to remain compliant with the PCI security standards and updates to the AS/400 operating system.  The software is licensed to one partition of one serial number.
