FAQ - Can Curbstone software process foreign cards?

The origin of the card does not matter. So long as the card has a major brand logo, like Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or AmEx, Curbstone Card Payment Server processes transactions for US companies in US dollars.  Canadian transactions can be processed in Canadian dollars for Canadian companies.  The bank that originally issued the card performs the currency conversion when they process the settlement.
